Jeffrey Noftz, M.D. is a native of Tiffin Ohio. He received his BS in physical therapy from BGSU and his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio. He completed is residency at MCO. He is board certified in family practice and sees patients from birth on.

   Mr. Ramos has been a practicing physician assistant since 1989. He sees patients over the age of 13.

   Mohammad Sidiq, M.D., received his medical degree from Khyber Medical School in Peshawar Pakistan, and completed his internal medicine residency at the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo OH. He also completed a fellowship in hypertension and hyperlipidemia at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor MI. He is board certified in internal medicine and sees patients age 15 and older.

She completed her residency at Providence Hospital at Georgetown University. She is board certified in family practice and sees patients from birth on, specializing in women and children medicine.

He received his BS from Ohio Northern University and his medical degree from Medical University of Ohio, where he also completed his residency. Dr. Trimpey is board certified in family practice and sports medicine. He sees patients from birth.
